When reporting a problem, it helps to include your phone model, OS version (iOS or Android), the app version (Settings → About), and what you were doing when it happened.
Apps aren't being blocked during prayer time.
iOS: Namaz Lock uses Apple's Screen Time. Make sure you granted Screen Time access when asked, and that you picked at least one app under Blocked Apps. Android: the app needs Usage Access, the Display-over-other-apps permission and, on Android 14+, Full-screen notifications — Settings → Permissions in the app walks you through each one. Blocking only happens inside a prayer window that you haven't yet marked as prayed.
Prayer times look wrong.
Check the location and calculation method under Settings → Prayer. Times are computed from your device's location and are not sent anywhere.
Dua reminders don't appear / appear too often.
Adjust the interval and quiet hours under the Dua tab → Frequency. On iPhone the reminder shows the next time you open the app after it's due; on Android it shows when you unlock the phone.
Subscriptions, restore purchase, refunds.
Namaz Lock Pro is billed through the App Store / Google Play. Use "Restore purchases" on the upgrade screen if Pro isn't showing after reinstalling. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play, not by us.
Delete my account / my data.
