The SnipStash keyboard lets you drop a saved snippet into any app without switching away from it.
iOS only lets a keyboard extension read its app's shared storage if Full Access is enabled. Without it, the keyboard simply cannot see the snippets you saved. That is the only thing SnipStash uses the permission for.
The keyboard does not record what you type, has no networking code at all, and never sends anything anywhere. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Three things to check, in order:

SnipStash Pro is a single one-time purchase — no subscription — and unlocks unlimited snippets, the full keyboard, iCloud sync, and image and file snippets.
Open Settings inside SnipStash and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Because Pro is a one-time purchase, it restores on every device on that account at no extra cost.
If you are signed in to iCloud, your library syncs through your own private iCloud account. It never touches a server we run, and we cannot read it. There are no accounts to create and nothing to sign up for.
Check that you are signed in to iCloud, that iCloud Drive is on, and that SnipStash is enabled under Settings → [your name] → iCloud. Sync also needs a network connection and can take a moment to propagate. Your snippets always remain available locally regardless.
Tap the Share button in any app, then choose SnipStash. If you don't see it, scroll the share sheet across and tap More to enable it. Text, links, images, and files all work.
